i stayed here for one night the night before my flight home, we were told our room was where some maintenece was being done so we were upgraded to a suite it was lovely with a lounge and separate bedroom very spacious and modern room. we then went to the roof wher there is a jacuzi and swimming pool and we ordered cocktails which were brought to us in the jacuzzi. lots of choice at breakfast and friendy reception staff . brilliant hotel would stay again.

Everything about this hotel is absolutely excellent! I'll begin with the high level of professionalism and genuine attentiveness of the staff. No less impressive are the facilities - a breakfast to die for; an excellent workout facility and pool; a very comfortable bar; really well-appointed and comfortable rooms, etc., etc. Did I mentioned the bed? Okay, so we all have our travel priorities, and one of ours is a comfortable bed. If you've traveled in Asia, you know that beds can often be an issue, so let me just say that we never woke up with a sore back, so we probably did a much better job of representing ourselves to all of our Thai host community!:)
Stay here - you will not be sorry!

it's luxury hotel but it's a medium rate. Nice location. Hotel not far from MRT and skytrain. Near The Terminal 21 department store, good services, very quiet ,clean and comfortable. Really nice swimming pool and Fitness.

What value for money. Had a one bedroom suite and it was stunning. Space, comfort and quality like this I have never experienced in this price range. Cannot recommend it enough.

Off a side street, but the hotel offers tuk tuk to take you around the neighborhood. Nana station is a short walk away and if you find the shortcut through ambassador hotel's parking lot, even shorter. Breakfast has plenty of variety but is expensive if not included in room rate. Au Bon Pain is a decent cost effective choice if all you want is a bagel or croissant and some coffee.

Room Tip: Laundry can be done by the kilo in several shops if you can walk a few minutes - 100 baht per kilo for next day service.
