The place is great! Service at front desk is superior, they always ask what your plans are to see if they can help, they explained all the pricing for the sky train and the boats. Breakfast is very good too as you can choose from oriental or European breakfast the night before and when you go to the breakfast room in the morning they will bring it to you very quickly. There is also a selection of fruits, cereals, drinks, yogurts and pastries available. If you email them they can pick you up from the airport which is great in a city like Bangkok. Highly recommended!!

This was the 3rd hotel that we stayed in on our 12 day trip in Bangkok. So, after being treated so well at the Courtyard Marriott, I didn't think the other hotels would fair up to our first hotel stay. I was wrong. Very wrong! As other reviewers mentioned, the customer service as soon as you approach the property is outstanding and consistent. We were greeted with fresh juice, open arms and much information to make our stay comfortable. The concierge took our luggage to the room and we were on our way. So, as I stated earlier, I was indeed a little skeptical, so I did a thorough examination of the room. The room was spacious and open. The bathroom was clean and a good size. We learned that we had a room on the street side of the building and a previous reviewer advised against that; so we requested a room change and were obliged immediately. Our next room was similar with complimentary coffee, water, safe and refrigerator. The lighting and air quality in the room was good. The bed was very firm. Flat screen TV was nice and plenty of closet space. Room check was good, but I was still disappointment by the absent gym and no iron in the room. I got over my disappointment quickly, because the humidity and heat wore out my wrinkles and the walking around the area and to the park offered a nice workout.
On our way out of the hotel, we were greeted again and the front desk engaged us with small talk. Very nice staff! They offered us fruit and took our breakfast selection for the next morning. As we ate amongst the locals down the street from the hotel, we were greeted in passing by the hotel staff. By day 2 we were amongst family and friend within both the hotel and the community. The short walk to the BTS helped us travel to and from our favorite massage places and shopping areas. We learned that there is a lot to do in this area, if you walk around within a few blocks of the hotel. Breakfast at the Terrace was a treat. It was like being in a café with friends. The Terrace food was great and it offered just enough variety of American and Thai foods. The lighting and openness made you feel like you were on vacation and that café feel made you feel like you were experiencing something new, but familiar. For that midnight craving, there is a mini snack bar in the front lobby where you can purchase chocolate. I just loved that amenity! Although, we had free WIFI in the room, the business centered offered computers and internet access. Lastly, prior to check out, the front desk staff arranged us a Taxi for our departure and offered us a snack bag to the airport. We were overwhelmed by the thoughtfulness and care. The snack bag had sandwiches, water, juice and fruit. Our parents did the same thing, when we departed from our visit. As I stated before, we were amongst family and friends. We will definitely, be back to Bangkok and the Bangkok Loft Inn. You can’t beat the price or the service! We highly recommend this hotel to others visiting Bangkok!

Room Tip: Do not get a room on the street side, if you are a light sleeper.

We booked this accommodation because of all the other reviews and were not disappointed. The hotel is a reasonable distance out of the main city but it's only a short walk from the Sky City train which is an efficient way to get to the river to pick up the river taxis to get to the old town & temples and to the city malls. Equally, taxis or tuk-tuks from the old town area are cheap. The hotel is on a fairly busy road, we followed the advice of other reviewers and had a room at the back of the hotel and it was great, no noise at all. The rooms are comfortable and clean with great airconditioning and together with free Wi-Fi and aiport pick-up its unbeatable value for money. One word of caution, if you plan to take a taxi back to the airport , do allow enough time as the traffic in Bangkok is horrendous, the hotel staff told us it would take 30 mins but it took us approx 1hour, we made our flight as we changed the time of the taxi pick-up organised by the staff.

My wife and I stayed at Bangkok Loft Inn for 8 nights and I would consider the experience to be the best time of our lives. We fell in love with Bangkok! From the moment we stepped in the hotel the staff were so friendly and courteous. They served us fresh juice at check in and the kindness continued till the end of our stay. The concierge was super friendly and always accommodated our requests. The front desk staff as well helped us with travel tips within Bangkok, sites to see and how to get there. We did research before hand but we found the local advise to be very helpful. The room was very clean. Washroom clean. AC worked good, mini fridge included. Furnishings new and room well maintained. It is a fairly new hotel. I think maybe 2 years old. They gave 2 free bottles of water each day. They also gave fresh fruit sometimes. The hotel isn't located in the downtown core but easily accessible to major sites via BTS (skytrain), which was a 7 minute walk from the hotel. Street food vendors are also within walking range. The street food is great, no need to spend in pricey restaurants. At 1200 baht per day I would say it's the best deal in town. We've recommended this hotel to our friends and family. Thank you Bangkok Loft Inn for making our stay most pleasant and memorable. We love Bangkok and want to come back in the future.

Room Tip: Rooms away from front side are more quiet.

We had the pleasure of staying here once again.first stay was nearly two years ago when the staff surprized one of us with a birthday cake and we did,nt even tell them it was one of our birthday,s.nearly two years later and the same friendly staff greet you on arrival.this time we stayed two nites in room 211 the start of our hols, and then the last two nites after our trip to koh samui in room 408.both rooms where nice and clean.rooms are basic but good value for money as we only paid 27 pounds a nite threw agonda and that included breakfast for both of us,and free airport pick up if you stay two nites or more.return taxi is 400 bhat.we was provided with free airport pick up on the start and end of holiday.check in is normally 2 pm,we arrived at hotel at 8.30 am and told we could have early check in for 500 bhat.we was tired and was willing to pay this but the kind staff decided to not charge this but give us a early check in free.on our last day we was each given a bag free as a leaving present.on arrival you are given a welcome drink and offered fruit.the day before you order your breakfast either Thai or western.can recommend the Thai pork.breakfast is between 7 am and 11am.so can sleep in.there is a hair dryer, safe, and fridge in the rooms.two bottles of water free each day.free wifi, shampoo and shower gel.on arrival the helpful staff give you a map and explain the places of interest.also a hotel card in English and Thai.helpful if getting a taxi.stay away from tuk tuk and stick to a taxi but make sure meter on before getting in.you can get anywhere in Bangkok city for less than 100 bhat but traffic bad.you are better off getting hrs which is just a five min walk from hotel.turn left out of hotel, then left again and you will see bts.a all day pass will cost 130 bhat if visiting many places.bts runs to midnite.if planning on goin to alot of the temples then get the bts to two stops down saffron staskin, and get the ferry to these places.don,t buy a all day tourist boat pass for 150 bhat but just wait for a orange flagged boat where each journey just 15 bhat.back to the hotel they have room service to buy drinks,or just get them from reception.reasonable prices for example can of pop 20 bhat, can of singha or Chang beer 40 bhat.if you are a woman and are in Bangkok on a Friday go to my bar at the dusit thani hotel next to sala dean, silom bts where between 7 pm and 9 pm women get free entry and free drinks.these include spirits, cocktails, wine and beer.if taking a man with you they pay 500 bhat.
