I don't have anything bad to say about this hotel as all the positive comments are quite accurate and the photos are exactly as it is.
However the location is not ideal. After staying there with two teenage daughters I would not recommend it for families.
There is nothing around the hotel, you have to go by skytrain or taxi for everything, not even a convenience store, just a few street food sellers with coal burners to cook.
I think staying near Silom is a much better location

I stayed for a week while getting my teeth attended to. This hotel is located out of the main tourist drag & very close to a great local food market. It is located 5 minutes walk from the Wong Wiran Yai BTS station & from there it is easy to go most places, even the airport.
The staff are friendly & very helpful. You order your breakfast which is delicious the day before & you can have it in the terrace restaurant or in your room.
Breakfast is the only meal available.

Stayed for 3 days at the start of June, free pick up from the airport. Amazing reception staff, great sense of humour. Breakfast was wierd as you had to order what you wanted the day before, but was nice and also help yourself to continental, fruits etc. No restuarant or bar except for breakfast. BTS is just round the corner to the left of the hotel as you come out. To the right are lots of food stalls and local places to eat. Across the foot bridge is a 7-11 and a couple of other food places. Taxi back from the centre was only 59 baht! make sure they turn the meter on. Spotless hotel with great wifi and comfy beds. Amazing value.

Stayed for 1 night and got a very squeaky clean room on the 4th floor away from the main road. Not overly friendly reception but efficient and helpful. Room was not large but sufficient, quiet and strong wifi. Bathroom small but nice enough.

Close to BTS and a good local market and food stalls up the road towards the big roundabout. Had very good satays and noodle soup there.

Room Tip: away from the street

Bangkok Loft Inn was clean with good size rooms and VERY reasonably priced. There is not a lot to see around the hotel but it is walking distance to the BTS Skytrain which is handy for getting around the city or for getting to the ferry. There was excellent variety for breakfast - the fruit is awesome! There are also Western and Thai dishes.

Traffic in Bangkok is generally very bad so if you can avoid taking a taxi, do so! If you need to take a taxi, I suggest opting for the meter versus the set price. The set price is generally way overpriced.

If I'm in Bangkok again, I'd definitely stay at Bangkok Loft Inn again.
