My partner and I loved staying here. It is very clean and modern and in the perfect location! It is so very handy having the BTS right outside. Taxi's are easy to find also. There are many restaurants close by which makes life in Bangkok so much easier. The staff are very friendly and polite. We did not expect a gourmet breakfast. Considering it is included in the price it was sufficient and I actually found it quite tasty. We had a very comfortable stay here and will definitely be back.

We stayed here from July 16 to 20.
This hotel has a lot going for it and some points against it. Please consider what you're looking for.

1) Location Location Location - Cant say enough of it. Right off Nana BTS. There are 2 enterances to the hotel and the more accessible can be easily missed. It is along with Raja Tailors. Walk slowly when you get off Exit 4 from the BTS. Remember Exit 4 and Raja Tailors. the owner of Raja Tailors is the owner of the hotel as well and therefore the easy access through the store.
2) Service - Pong was very helpful.
3) Breakfast and Internet - Decent breakfast. Not a massive spread but enough to sustain you for the first half of the day. Internet laptops are available in the lobby and passwords for your iPad are also available.

now what you have to watch out for
1) some of the rooms are windowless - while we didnt spend much time in the room however the first night we stayed there, we felt the claustrophobia. We were in room 209 but then moved to 303. So dont take any rooms that end with 6, 9 and 10 because they don't even hv a sliver of natural light. This isnt a dealbreaker as the location and value for money over rides everything else.

no swimming pool or fitness center. But heck if you want that then you would need to stay some place else.

Room Tip: some of the rooms are windowless - while we didnt spend much time in the room however the first nigh...

Overall we had a good experience at the hotel and would likely return. A few things that we really appreciated were that the rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable, bathrooms are spacious and clean, shower has nice pressure, and staff is great (particularly Nutt and Nu).

A few areas where I would suggest the hotel improve:
- Three of four nights the room smelled really bad, they gave us a can of air freshener but the problem persisted for three nights in a row
- Left a cell phone on the bed and it ended up as part of their laundry, thankfully they found it after I alerted them to the fact that it was missing
- Breakfast was OK – they provide eggs and sides, you can pick if you want your eggs, fried, omelet style, poached, boiled, etc. and also select a combination of sides including Roasted Tomato with Cheese, Potatoes, Bacon, Ham, and Mushrooms. They also have white and whole wheat toast, some pastries, two types of juice, tea/coffee, and fruits, and yogurt. Everything tasted okay except for the sides and coffee. I would suggest they improve the quality of coffee and quality of the sides, particularly the ham.

Note that this hotel does not have a gym, so keep that in mind when booking. We booked through the hotel website and got the best possible rate (better than hotel booking websites). Also keep in mind there is an entry right off Sukhumvit that is easy to miss and also another entry on the first small side street off Soi 8 on the right.

Room Tip: Ask for a room near the elevator, a high number room (maybe above x04 or x05) will likely mean you n...

I stayed for 4 nights with my parents and we booked for 2 premier rooms which was connected. The room itself was quite big and well condition. The food for breakfast was good but maybe can make a different choice day by day because if stay longer it will be bored. the staff can speak English and very helpful. When we stay here, have a condition the power was shutting down and no electricity for a while. The manager on duty said sorry and all the area also was impacted. May be in the next, please provide generator for electricity replacement. But overall, the hotel is great and very recommended to stay here.

Room Tip: Rooms near the elevator is quite good for traveler bring the old person.

Great hotel, lovely service. I stay for 3 nights at the Premier room and I was not disappointed. The staff speak good english and the price is very reasonable.

Just outside the hotel is the BTS. How convenient is that. Food is not a problem with the buzzing street of Sukhumvit. Great for solo travelers with the never ending pubs and interesting nightlife. The place that never sleeps.

Room Tip: The massage just next door is affordable and worth trying out.
