This is a lovely guesthouse in a quiet area 5-10 minutes walk from the famous Khao San Road. The rooms are clean and comfortable with A/C and Tv's with some English channels. The communal showers/toilets are kept clean and tidy. Breakfast is included in the mornings. The staff are all very friendly and helpful especially Lek who works on reception. We lost our bank card on the first day and she let us stay in another room for an extra few days and helped us out to retrieve the card. We would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Room Tip: All the rooms are very nice.

We stayed here at the beginning of and end of our trip around SE Asia and really enjoyed our time here. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast which is included and a good location (5-10min walk from Khao San Road). Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and tidy.
It might be a bit more expensive than other places but we thought it was worth every penny.

This place was amazing never judge a book by its cover! The main lady is soo friendly!! And speaks great English! The man that works over night seems unfriendly however I think he just doesn't understand English, plus who is happy on a nightshift!! The breakfast is so nice and fresh. The bedrooms are basic however you can pay more for an upgrade however the fan room with shared bathroom was perfect for us. The bathroom is clean and well looked after and you feel very safe staying in this hotel. It is very quite at nighttime which is great as it means you can sleep well.
The location is perfect you are in walking distance to the famous khoa San road however no noise from it!! We booked our bus to Cambodia from here and when arriving at the border and speaking to other people we had paid much much less than everyone and also got a taxi to siem reap which took 3 hours less time than the bus!

This hostel is a hidden gem and I would recommend it to anyone!! We will probably be going back at the end of the holiday :) Thankyou Sam sen Sam!!!

Our stay here was fine, but it was not a very good value. We booked the super deluxe room because it was the only one available at the guesthouse for the five nights we were in Bangkok. The room was small and the furniture felt squeezed, and the bathroom was fine but not great. On the plus side, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was nice, and the location was decent. The worst part, however, were the swarms of mosquitos outside our door; they frequently made it inside our room, which led to some unpleasant nights. We think that this might have been unique to our room – we were warned by the front desk to enter and exit the room quickly – but it definitely wasn’t great. We’ve stayed in a range of hotels in Thailand, and while this one was fine, it wasn’t a very good value, at least for the super deluxe.
