We visited Chinatown on a weekday and it was super busy. We love it! We came here for dinner, and must have spent a few hours just looking around. The street food was great! Went for our main meal at a restaurant then just picked up a few street food here and there! Then around midnight we rode a tuk-tuk back to our hotel! The kids had a great time riding after midnight in Bangkok! A must-do in Bangkok!

Definitely an area one should visit on a trip to Bangkok. We spent a busy Saturday night there and it was a balmy evening of sights sounds and smells. Loads of street vendors fresh fruit stalls and tourist shops - the only thing to note is that all the restaurants close early in Bangkok - so don't think about eating late!!

Except a few blocks with lights that reminded me of Hong Kong. If you've been anywhere in China, Taiwan, etc.,, you might get feel disappointed. The food is nothing exceptional also. Maybe I need to go earlier on day instead of going in the night.

The swirling of different people objects foods surely is interesting but don't waste too much time on it. For a 2-3 hours afternoon it's ok.

Chinatown Bangkok is impressive, must visit it at night (because of the traffic). The ambient is special, with the lightning, olors, etc. It is safe to visit it at night.
