“Luxurious, 5 star service but at a 3-star price.”
Reviewed 20 July 2012

Checked in on 13th july, very prominent location as it is extremely close to pat pong night bazaar. Got free upgrade to deluxe suite from my corner room booking so i am a very very delighted guest. Very nice pool. All things are nice and comfy, clean and thoughfully filled with contemporary paintings. Room is all the way furnished with remnants of true thai artefacts, and of coz the bottles of water. All the staff in the hotel has got a very good command of english, even the cleaners too! But other than it being about a 5 mins lazy stroll from sam yan, the nearest BTS, and the red light district of pat pong, I HIGHLY recommend this hotel who wants a nice slice of luxury at a fraction of the price!! :-D

A group of us came for a long weekend, 6 of us in 3 different rooms. We booked a package through Expedia. I have requested for neighbouring rooms 3 months in advance but despite it, we still couldn't get them. It's a really minor problem but would be great as I am a SPG member.

The rooms are awesome, comfortable and spacious. I wish they have firmer pillows (maybe a suggestion to have one firm and one soft) instead of 2 soft ones. There are 6 bottles of water in the room, impressive (including 2 in the bathroom) even though they were not being replenished on a daily basis, so are the tea/coffee. I also noted there's a "Go Green" promotion tag which I could hang on the door, so the housekeeping would skip changing our linen and towels. I didn't expect them not to make the bed, empty the bins or replenish drinking water/tea/coffee as well. So that's a little let down, please improve the housekeeping! Not changing towels or linen is going green but not tidying up the room?!

The hotel itself is very new and looks very grand. There was also a coupon for us to get complimentary coffee at the lobby lounge. It's a pity guests do not get free WIFI in the room, but you can get 3 hours complimentary in the lobby.

It was also one of my friends' birthday during the stay. Hiro from the concierge was especially attentive and helpful in assisting us make the birthday surprise arrangement (thanks, and i hope the hotel relays this message to you)!

The location isn't too bad, if you go by meter to Central World or MBK, it costs around 50 bahts. At night, it can be a little sleazy if you walk down the lane full of bars, but there are still good coffee places for a drink.

Very comfortable
Average breakfast
Situated in the sex tourism area so it can be confronting at night, especially with kids. No issues during the day.
Close to sky rail and amazing Siam Paragon mall.
Would probably prefer something closer to Sukhumvit road but this hotel is good value for money.

We stayed for 5 nights in June. This hotel is everything the previous reviews state.
We stayed in a corner room on the 16th floor, great views, lovely room, great shower.
The location is excellent, not far from the BTS. The concierge was awesome and handled several enquiries we had.
The breakfast was also excellent, well recommended.
The gym is well set up (only recommendation would be a bench that is flat). The pool area is large, the water mist bottles are a nice touch.
This is a great hotel and we will definitely return.
