This is decent hotel in the heart of Kathmandu. You can't really beat the location and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
Pros:
1) Great location - close to all the major restaurants and walking distance to the temples and historical sites.
2) Friendly staff especially the ladies at the reception. The service during breakfast, on the hand, was slow. They told you the breakfast was served at 7 am but it didn't start until 7:30 am.
3) Cleanliness - the room was kept clean every day when we were there for four nights.
4) Safety box - no safety box in the room but there are safety boxes behind the reception. You lock your stuff in the safety box and keep the key until you are ready to take your stuff out.
Cons:
1) Construction during our stay can be a nightmare especially in the morning when you just want to sleep in.
2) Wifi was not very reliable as we are on the top floor. Wifi worked best at the lobby of the hotel.
3) Breakfast was mediocre at best - nothing much for vegan. Staff were not trained about vegan options.
Overall, it's a decent hotel to stay in Kathmandu.
We had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel, it's in a perfect location near shops and restaurants, they provide great service and are very helpful to whatever your needs are... the bell boy, the cook, receptionist and tour guid manager were very kind and helpful. I will definitely stay there again. Request a room in higher floor to avoid traffic noise at night if your sensitive to sounds.

Offers airport pick-up and laundry service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent free WiFi. Provides all you require for an enjoyable stay in Kathmandu.
This hotel has made our three separate stays in Kathmandu very comfortable. The location is perfect for great food, drink and souvenirs!
The rooms are spacious and have everything you could need (A.C., bottled water, kettle and TV). Beds are very comfortable too.
The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly. They have helped us arrange transport and provided good local knowledge.
Breakfast is served in the gorgeous garden at the back of the hotel with a variety of options such as potato, sausage, tomato, pancakes, fresh omelettes.
It can be a little noisy at night but this is all part of the Kathmandu experience!
Delightful hotel, good value for money.
It’s a chic hotel, situated in Thamel tourist district, a lot of shops and restaurants around. Very friendly and helpful staff, good food at the restaurant, a bit upside down at ground floor in that period due to some works going on, but ok - they trying to improve. We received a family suite, an unexpected upgrade from the hotel management – very nice of them and keen to please the customers. A very enjoyable stay in Katmandu, Nepali are very welcoming people.
