The Address Hotel is a nice place, not great, far from bad, could use some deep cleaning, but the rooms are good, the staff is excellent, the location is very convenient to taxi stops and tourist shops, and the restaurant attached is a definite plus (loved the omelettes).

Nice hotel to stay in, spacious rooms and comfortable to sleep at night considering some areas in Thamel are pretty noisy at night due to dogs barking in the middle of the night.
Room cleanliness however needs a little improvement plus WiFi connection is not so good.

All the staff are very professional, very courteous, friendly and could not be more helpful. Both Managers were excellent, particularly Badri Bhujel who I had the most interaction with he was very professional courteous and went above and beyond to assist me, he organized tours, accommodation in Pokara and transfers. The restaurant staff and food were great. The rooms were spacious and clean. I stayed for just over 3 weeks. All the staff from the drivers provided by the Hotel, security staff, reception, house keeping and kitchen staff were excellent. Leonie Australia

We came back from a 12 days trek and decided to stay in a high standard hotel. What a treat here!!! The rooms were excellent. Very comfortable, with spacious bathroom, 24h hot water, large beds and everything provided to your room within 2 minutes from the reception. Delicious breakfast. And very friendly staff, always looking after us, making sure We are having a good stay. We even had a free ride from the airport to the hotel. It was totally worth the price.

Spacious room, reasonable rates, friendly and competent staff, tasty buffet breakfast, and the peace and quiet afforded by facing a street that now effectively restricts all traffic from automobiles and motorcycles make this an outstanding hotel for tourists who prefer to stay in Thamel.
