My wife and I were visiting our daughter who lives and works on Ggaba Road, we chose this hotel for its location and it exceeded our expectation.
The design creates a real African atmosphere and the rooms are beautiful with quality, modern facilities.
The lady on reception was particularly welcoming and always very helpful, indeed we found all the staff to be friendly and efficient.
The restaurant has great ambience and it is a boonus that there is a Quality Cuts delicatesan, a fruit market and a patisserie on site.
For us it was a great experience.

I have travelled for many years in Africa and one of the problems in African capitals is the craziness that ensues while conducting business during the day and trying to find a respite from the mayhem. Once I step through the small, but well decorated lobby of Le Petite all the Kampala madness melts away and gives way to calmness and order that is Le Petite. The reception is always friendly and helpful and the general manager always goes out of her way to accommodate guest’s request. The fact that the attached restaurant is superb along with an excellent bakery makes the stay overwhelmingly pleasant. The rooms are safari style and every morning I expect a host of wildlife to be drinking at the pool. This hotel will not disappoint

Attentive service from receptionist from begining to end.
Rooms were huge with vaulted ceiling under thatched roof very impressive.
Clean well maintained pool but small; only room for 4 sun loungers around pool side
Restaurant served reasonable to good evening meals; breakfast were consistanly high standard.
The thing that really impressed me was that the complementary contents of the fridge were restocked every day, and were complimentary! Not much some beers water & soda & fresh fruit in bowl but it was anice touch.

I stayed here for one night before beginning a long safari, and I wish I had chosen some other place! The room was very inadequately furnished, and lighting was almost non-existent, in the sense that some small lights were fixed up near the ceiling where they were totally useless.
The included breakfast was extremely baisc, served by a lazy staff, and not even served on time.
