It is situated in the old town close to the shopping malls, banks, restaurants, the curio market and Lilongwe city main market. It has free wife good room and a buffet. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The hotel also conference rooms and a bar.

Fast internet, super helpful staff, good food, nice pool, good business centre for any forgotten printing, spotless and well equipped rooms and central location for changing money and picking up necessities without getting a taxi. Can't ask for more. Thanks for a brilliant stay

I was really impressed with the lovely rooms although the price is not cheap so I suppose this should be expected. It's good that they come and spray the rooms as you do get mosquitos . The rooms are comfortable with everything you need, including safe and ironing facilities . I used the laundry service which was great value and an excellent service.
My main issue was the restaurant, food would take a long time to come. On a Saturday we ordered lunch by the pool, it took 2 hours and even then the order wasn't quite right. If there is a backlog in the kitchen they should let people know and also it could be hard to get staffs attention to order more drinks etc.

Room Tip: my room on the ground floor overlooking gardens was perfect.

A large group of us stayed recently. A long queue at reception with only one receptionist apparently working. Only 2 of the group seem to have had their registration details pre printed, even though we had all booked & paid online.
Room nice & clean. Bathroom good, although for such a big shower, the showerhead is in a really awkward position, water pressure not good & some of the party had no hot water.
Laundry service really cheap & efficient.
Bar & restaurant slow. Perhaps a bit overwhelmed by the number of people.
No gym, but could use their sister hotel's, which was somewhere down the road.
Rooms sprayed for mosquitoes every night, so I would recommend exiting the room when this occurs. I was surprised by the number of mosquitoes in my room until it was discovered that room service had left a window open, of which I was unaware.
Breakfast ok, good coffee.

Room Tip: Leave while spraying in progress.

Generally very nice hotel with generally helpful staff although sometimes a bit overly attentive. Room was good, pool and fitness centre both ok. Breakfast was great with good variety fruit/cereal/toast/pastries/hot food. Evening meal service tended to be quite slow and a bit hit or miss. Mostly had fillet steak which unfortunately tended to be overcooked and had to ask for the chips without any extra salt on them, sauce with the steak was good. Tried the pasta one night which was virtually inedible as the pasta was very under-cooked and the sauce had huge amounts of salt. Sitting outside to eat in the evening is pleasant but pick a table with decent lighting if you want to see what you're eating and don't forget the insect repellent.
Room was great (on second floor), only downside was mosquitoes in the room and having to use the bed-net as the electronic device didn't seem to work.
