I stayed at Harmony for a two week business trip. I have previously stayed at the Jupiter International in Bole.
Jupiter is more impressive visually- the rooms are more comfortable, furniture is nicer, bathroom fixtures are a little nicer. But I preferred Harmony overall- the restaurant is better, the gym and spa are very nice (for Africa), and the service is friendly and attentive.
The rooms: my bed was not very comfortable, but I adjusted to it quickly enough. It was an old spring mattress that sagged in the middle- my parents and others of their age probably would have complained and switched rooms. I had no problems with accessing hot water at all hours of the day, TV provided a good selection of channels, and the internet was some of the fastest that I've had in Africa (this could be a fluke, although it was consistent for the entirety of my stay).
So moderate your expectations, take advantage of the restaurant and the spa, and you'll have a good stay.
