This is truly an oasis in the midst of the craziness of the Medina. Elsa is a wonderful hostess and her Riad is a treasure. I would recommend using the car service that she recommends to get to her Riad from the airport, as it can be quite confusing to get to it the first time.

Room Tip: The larger room on The 2nd floor is worth the extra money..

Elsa took us in on our final 24 hours in Marrakech, very welcoming and had our room (suite) ready in no time!
Breakfast was amazing, heaters in the room helped so much and there was no issue getting a bucket of ice for our Champagne in the evening! Happy Days! :-)
Elsa even arranged for our clothes to be ironed by her team - nothing was a problem!
Thank you again for letting us stay in your beautiful Riad - cannot wait to visit again and would recommend to everyone!

Spent one night after biking around Morocco. Riad is comfortable, central and has a great atmosphere. Rooms are really comfortable and without doubt hotel is a little haven in the middle of Marrakesh! Strongly recommended!

We stayed at Riad Up for four nights. Everything was perfect. Elsa's communication during the booking proces was prompt and clear. We were met by our driver at the airport and had a very, very nice Maroccan dinner upon arrival. I definetely recommend eating in for a night. The room is spacious and nicely decorated. Staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. Tootsy the cat is really something (a mind of her own, very catlike) and the turtle walking around is cute too. It is not at all hard to find Riad Up and it's very close to the Medina and a lot of nice restaurants. The Riad's public space is also very nice. Thank you Elsa for the great stay and see you next time.

We enjoyed our very brief stay at Riad Up. We had two rooms that were the only rooms up one of the staircases, so it was almost like our own suite. One room was a double, the other a triple (we were traveling with 3 kids). Bonus: this riad in the Medina serves beer and wine - something I learned later at another riad in the Medina is not always the case! Another bonus is we were far enough away from any mosques that we slept through the 5am call to prayer - something else we also learned about at another riad. We had a lovely breakfast. Our only minor problem was that the employee who was there only spoke French and Arabic, and my high school french is pretty bad, so we were not able to get good directions or recommendations, and the location of this riad is down some narrow passageways so it was easy to get lost and our Google maps showed the riad in a different location - but some friendly locals showed us the way without asking for a tip. If my french were better we probably would have been fine, the woman was very nice and tried her best, I just had a language barrier. If you stay here, pay attention to how you get out to the main roads so you can find your way back easily - it wasn't far, we just made a wrong turn.
