We had a 4 days trip to the desert erg chebbi booked with roughtours. Our guide Mustafa and our driver Ahmed where the best guys for the trip. Everything was best organized and we had so much fun. They both cared about us. It was an perfect trip. Thank you so much!!! Everytime again.

We have decided to go to Morocco a week before our trip - silly or adventurous, name it. Most of the contacted agencies rejected our request or asked whether we were investigating .... next year schedule.
Youssef and Rough Tours were professional, encouraging and trustworthy from the fist contact. It was too beautiful to be true :-).
But indeed it was - despite our delayed flight, our guide Ali welcomed us at the airport
and we quickly feel in love with him: his knowledge of the country, reliability and great sense of humor.
In 8 days, we visited most of the highlights of Morocco, often far from the beaten tracks and crowds of tourists. Many places were mesmerizing, especially Chefchaoeun, Fez and its old medina, beautiful Atlas mountains, Merzouga and the trip to the desert (we still find some sand in our boots) with music classes and dances at night, gorgeous kasbah on the way, fun in the movie studio in Ouarzazate - to name a few.
In the meantime, we spent hours driving through amazing landscapes and discussing about the country, made great encounters, pictures and voluntarily spent money on shopping (with great but discreet assistance of our guide).
I cannot thank Rough Tours for all fantastic adventure and highly recommend this travel agency to anyone who would like to visit Morocco with standard or tailored trip.
Last but not least - all matters relating to the payment were quickly addressed, flexible and fully transparent.
Go to Morocco with them!

This was a fabulous way to see Morocco. The driver and all guides spoke English. The diversity of landscapes were terrific and our accomodation at all places was comfortable, private and most had reasonable WiFi available. Breakfasts and dinners provided were fresh, traditional and plentiful. Our driver was very accommodating and personable. He explained a lot of Moroccan and Berber history which added to the richness of this journey. All communications with the company was smooth and effortless. We do not hesitate to recommend this company to other travellers.

We were so very happy we could tour Morocco with Rough Tours. During the planning phase, Youseff patiently managed last minute modifications to our itinerary and party size. From our arrival until our departure, we received wonderful dedicated attention from Driss. We also appreciated his excellent driving skills, especially over the mountain roads! Everyone heads for the cities and desert, but the real Morocco is the countryside - so varied (arid, lush valleys, seaside, and rich in agriculture). Unfortunately, we could not visit the Ramlia village, but were happy to see the Cascades as an unexpected substitute. However touristy a camel ride may appear, our trip to the Berber camp in the desert was a highlight - sleeping under the stars was magical! Perhaps the best meal we had was the lamb couscous prepared by Driss’ sister. That couscous was so fluffy and flavorful - can still taste it! The Rough Tour team does a remarkable job and for a very reasonable price. Moroccans have a reputation for warm hospitality and we certainly received it everywhere. We hope we have a chance in the future to visit again—God willing as you say!

PS Best wishes to Driss and family on the new arrival!

My partner and I travelled with Rough Tours for 10 nights around Morocco, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We never have done a tour on a holiday as we like the freedom, but this was the perfect combination of doing our own thing, whilst still having a couple of day tours, and general everyday interesting conversations with the guys. We found it extremely easy going, flexible to our needs, and we’ll organised with door to door service throughout the whole trip.

We had the pleasure of travelling with Moustaffa and Akmed as our guides and they were so great. We had so many laughs and funny conversations, learnt so much, and felt very safe, accommodated, and welcome the entire time. They really looked after us like family.

Would highly recommend to anyone considering travelling around Morocco.
