We booked for a long weekend covering New Year's Eve and had room 2 on the ground floor. A lovely room with a sunken shower tray and a king size double bed.Air con / heater and an additional heater if you needed it and extra woollen blankkets. Very quiet , clean and relaxing riad with a sun bathing terrace on the top floor with views over the city.Breakfast is served on the second floor and is more than adequate and although there is no restaurant meals are available , being supplied from a local restaurant , and are very good value and quality. Imen , the manager, can organise all your excursions and transfers and is a good source of local information. The riad is only minutes from the main attractions of the city and easily in walking distance. The main souk is 5 minutes walk and there are a number of excellent eating places nearby. There is no alcohol licence , but a Carrefour is 10 minutes walk away with abundant choice !! We were collected from the airport by local taxi organised by the Riad and dropped off at the end of our stay. Everything was perfect for us and we intend to return in October for a longer stay so we can visit the Sahara.

Room Tip: All rooms are very good , but ground floor is easier as the other floors are only accessible by stairs.

Riad con excelente servicio y localización. Nos gustó mucho, especialmente el desayuno. Muy recomendado.

Excellent service and location close to the Medina. We liked a lot, especially the breakfast. Highly recommended.

I wasn't quite sure what I was getting into when there was a auto mechanic to the left of the entrance, and a metal machine shop to the right. The long dark hallway lead to a charming old world courtyard. The decor and furniture really do take you back in time to what Moroccan terrier design looked and felt like. Cleanliness was moderate to low average, the bed was very hard, the staff were moderately friendly, I felt as though I was an inconvenience at times. Morning staff would be cleaning interior balconies, it wasn't uncommon for a water to splash down into the courtyard where you would eat your breakfast. The photos show twice the seating in the courtyard, it was awkward in the morning finding seating to have your breakfast with only two tables. This little hotel served it's purpose for me for three nights, I will not return.

Nice location, 2-3 minutes walking from the Jemaa el-Fnaa. The service was really good and attentive. Amazing food. If you need a taxi to get to the airport, they call it for you and you can arrange the price with them.

Stayed three nights at this lovely small property. It is traditional design with tiled walls, iron railings, traditional lights and rugs on the floor. It's a five minutes walk from the square which is unbelievable in itself and in easy reach to many attractions of Marrakech. The two staff at Lallakhiti, Nadira and Adil were fantastic - great knowledge of Marrakech, French and English speaking and warm and very helpful. Can't rate it highly enough.

Room Tip: I preferred ground floor and here it is completely safe.
