I wasn't quite sure what I was getting into when there was a auto mechanic to the left of the entrance, and a metal machine shop to the right. The long dark hallway lead to a charming old world courtyard. The decor and furniture really do take you back in time to what Moroccan terrier design looked and felt like. Cleanliness was moderate to low average, the bed was very hard, the staff were moderately friendly, I felt as though I was an inconvenience at times. Morning staff would be cleaning interior balconies, it wasn't uncommon for a water to splash down into the courtyard where you would eat your breakfast. The photos show twice the seating in the courtyard, it was awkward in the morning finding seating to have your breakfast with only two tables. This little hotel served it's purpose for me for three nights, I will not return.

Nice location, 2-3 minutes walking from the Jemaa el-Fnaa. The service was really good and attentive. Amazing food. If you need a taxi to get to the airport, they call it for you and you can arrange the price with them.

Stayed three nights at this lovely small property. It is traditional design with tiled walls, iron railings, traditional lights and rugs on the floor. It's a five minutes walk from the square which is unbelievable in itself and in easy reach to many attractions of Marrakech. The two staff at Lallakhiti, Nadira and Adil were fantastic - great knowledge of Marrakech, French and English speaking and warm and very helpful. Can't rate it highly enough.

Room Tip: I preferred ground floor and here it is completely safe.

We (two couples) stayed here for three nights and we're extremely pleased with the overall experience. The staff, Adil and Nadir, were excellent and were helpful in telling us about Marrakesh and places to see, particularly in the local area. Also provided a very good breakfast each day. The riad is located in walking distance to the square, the mosque and the various museums. Also good restaurants, in particular La Maison Arab. A well maintained and serviced riad experience.

We have stayed here more than three times Riad Lalla Khiti.
Welcoming staff, a special thank you to Nadira and Adil, This place is AMAZING! A Beautiful Riad, short walk to souks and Jama’ el Fnaa square with all its excitement and yet far enough away for a peaceful quiet nights sleep. Breakfast when you require so that you can have a late sleep-in, Comfortable beds and traditional suite furniture, rooms that are very clean. A very pleasant stay at this Riad.
Good value for money, I would strongly recommended anyone to stay at Riad Lalla Khiti.

Room Tip: Sultana Suites absolutely beautiful Room.
