I made the reservation at the Fellah Hotel in February through Booking. In July I received a call from the Hotel to confirm the reservation. On the day of check in (14 September) I arrived at 9pm at the hotel and my reservation was canceled. I got the contact from Kriselda (hotel business director) that NOTHING did to help. He did not speak to me, nor did he explain the reason for the cancellation. For a hotel like the Fellah expected more professionalism. Very bad.
