Excellent service from Anes at the restaurant. Ask for him. He is very good. They should have an English menu, currently they do not have. The food is good. Breakfast is also excellent. The staff overall it's very helpful.

It's connected to the Medina. So shopping is easy. However you can get lost in the Medina.

We spent 4 night here and had a great time. Our room/suite was nice and big. They have two very nice courtyards, one with a pool. We had breakfast outside on the terrace. It is located just inside the Fes old medina making it very easy to walk to the souks (shops) and old city.

The staff was always ready to help in any way.

My wife visited the Hamam (Moroccan bath) and had a relaxing scrub.

We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was visually like visiting an old palace with colored windows and Moroccan decoration. We were two ladies and had separate rooms, a bathroom and a sitting room. The beds were like rocks so very difficult to sleep. The lovely attendants brought more quilts to put down but didn't help. I had to use the extra pillows to sleep on but difficult to get on to them. The small carpets slip so were picked them up. The bathroom was big with a tub with a hand held shower as well as a tiny square without a curtain as a separate shower. Lovely outdoor pool and nice dining area.

This was a charming Palace turned into a Hotel with great service. The rooms were
suites with a bedroom, sitting room and bathroom area. When we opened our windows we looked out over a court yard to the pool area. We were greeted with a large platter of fresh fruit and serving utensils. The hotel is located in the Medina!

The hotel is in Medina. Unfortunately located at the other side of the Blue Gate. The reception is very kind and helpful. The gratuities surprised us positively. Very nice decorated rooms. A good breakfast. Strongly recommended
