Could not recommend this more highly. Excellent service from the time I got out of the taxi through to check out. Greeted with mint tea and biscuits. Great room on the top floor (Omar Suite). Staff were very helpful and accommodating - were able to organize transport, guides and out of town tours. Breakfast was above expectations - even able to facilitate a very early meal prior to a pre-organized day trip. A great experience overall!!

Adil was super helpful and nice. He met us down the street to help us carry our bags and show us the entry to the riad. Also carried all of it upstairs while we were waiting to check in. Hicham helped us a lot as well. Will definitely go back and recommend to anyone going to Fez. 10/10

Very nice riad in Fes with a quiet, clean, well decorated lobby. Pleasant rooftop breakfast area. Very helpful staff--they made breakfast especially for us at 6 am so we could eat before going to the airport. Leak in the bathroom due to AC, but they know about it...
The other downside is the location : there are not many affordable places to eat in a short walking distance from the place.

Staff welcomed us with tea, biscuits and gave us very helpful information about Fès. They also booked us an amazing tour guide!
Rooms are pretty standard and clean, but rather small with a tiny bathroom. (However we were offered an upgrade in case the room was too small, which we didn’t take.)
Amazing breakfast on the lovely rooftop included in the price.

Centrally located, easy to find riad. clean and the receptionist was very helpful in booking for our further travels. The rooms are nicely decorated and there is plenty of space in them. The breakfast was nice too.
