We arrived a day late due to delays and the hotel didn't charge us for the night we missed which was a nice surprise. The hotel is situated in a beautiful part of the city on the beach. The lobby and the entire hotel was in the traditional Moroccan style. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The bellman even went out and purchased my husband an authentic Fez when he asked. Our room overlooked the pool and ocean and was very clean and comfortable. We had two small issues (the safe and the TV remote didn't work) which were fixed as soon as we called. Additionally the restaurants in the hotel served amazing traditional food.

Been there with a beginning of april. All i can i say - if u like a comfy, clean rooms, spot on bathrooms and a friendly and helpfull staff - this is the place. I am a picky european which like to stay in a nice conditions and i must say that this hotel got it all. It won't be cheapest place in Casablanca but it's worth the price. We had a room with beautiful ocean view, balcony was just above the lovely, well looked after garden. Food was very nice - all fresh and tasty, although if u like to save some money, u can pop out to the any near-by cafe and u won't be disappointed.
Only thing was not enough english channels in a TV but i could live with it. All the rest i was very pleased with and i'll come back to this hotel for sure. At least i know what to expect, knowing what i'm paying for. And one more thing - only 5 minutes walk to the nearest shop if u need to get a few snacks or drinks in a resonable price ;))

Room Tip: Always book a room with a ocean view. Worth it.

Location is very good it's near the beach and the view of the ocean is superb but it's far from the city center and local markets. Rooms are comfy and medium-sized. Staff are friendly but some of them especially some of bellboys keep asking for tips even without serving you, it is like begging. The night club is very nice.

An ageing but good hotel to stay in. I was an unlikely fit being a business traveller but I wanted to have a more relaxed work environ.

Its not tuned to be a business hotel with no wifi internet etc (there is a wired one which works well) but thats probably my fault as I was probably the only business traveler lodging in.

Decent service by Morocco standards although the bell boys can be a bit shameless in asking for a tip :). But overall a decent hotel.

Room Tip: Get a sea facing room or worst case a side facing (had a partial sea view). Pretty relaxing if youre in the room and also covers up if the weather isnt good enough to be outside.

This was the first hotel of mine and my boyfriends Moroccan adventure in March. We had a room overlooking the ocean, which was amazing in the evenings. The rooms were large and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool and free nibbles that came with the beer! The hotel has private parking for guests. Its easy to go for nice walks by the coast in the evenings and there is a large choice of restaurants along the main road. For comfort, location and view I would give this hotel top points, however I wouldn't say the staff went out of their way to help us with various things. Also we had to pretend to be engaged so they would allow us to stay in the same room! We got a particularly judgmental vibe from the staff being a young couple, which put me off them a bit. When our trip around Morocco was over my boyfriend emailed the staff to book a room a couple of days before (as he had before) but when we arrived they claimed to have not received the email and turned us away! We ended up having to stay our last two nights in the neighbouring Swiss Hotel, which as a hotel leaves a lot to be desired..
