Ok. This one is a NO.
We ordered creamy chicken soups and it was cold, and looked quite disgusting. Free dip that was offered had a layer of old crust on it. We have declined our soups and instead were given free tuna salad where on the ridges of the plates you were able to see an unwashed food leftovers from last serving. Also tuna was old, hard on top.
Pasta Bolognese as of a second choice of ours, was also cold and overcooked. Did not look presentable at all! Worst food experience in Agadir in 5 days. Not even exaggerating. But, i want to say a waiter that was serving us, (about 50year old man) was super nice and tried his very best. Unfortunately that was not enough to please us. Left hungry. Btw we did tip the guy for his service.
P.s. too bad i only took only 1 pic of the dip
To back up my review.

Went here for lunch, the decor outside isn't great, tables and hairs especially look very worn. Had a cheeseburger with an egg on and chips which was okay. We're also given free bread and dips which were nice, especially the egg mayo one. Cheap and cheerful if hungry and can't find anywhere else to go.

Having sat at our table watching the world go by on the promenade we waited, and waited and waited! We were just at the point of leaving when a waiter appeared and took our order. Again we waited but eventually our order arrived and I paid for it then and there assuming there would be another long wait for the bill. The view is lovely but the service poor and the price high compared with other restaurants.

Had a hamburger with egg and chips. It was tasty enough, however nothing special. Cola was expensive compared to other cafes/restaurants in the area too. Wouldn't be back , although service is friendly enough.
