We had a large group but they generally handled it all very well. We reserved a table but when we arrived it was too nice to sit indoors so we all had a beer outside and the servers accommodated us without issue. Once we moved inside the service was good although they did warn us that the hot dishes would take longer - and they did. The food was great. People are still talking about those cheese balls! We had a lovely chardonnay for half price wine Tuesdays. Most of us really liked the food. We had a few complaints here and there but I would definitely go back there.

Went here with a group of friends and we all loved everything we ordered. The kimchi rice balls are amazing and my friends loved the Sangria. They have a large menu with everything you're in the mood for. Will definitely be back when in the area.

I ordered the Huevos Nachos and my husband ordered the Chicken and Waffles. I loved my nachos , however, they did not even compare to my husband's food!! The Chicken and Waffles were heavenly!! The waffles was a giant fluffy, thick, buttery Belgian waffle. Atop it was a huge golden brown, crispy chicken breast drizzled in a secret savory sauce. They both paired amazingly with the sweet maple syrup! We were told by the waitress that the entire restaurant was a locally owned place, i.e. the produce and meats were fresh. Honestly, words cannot describe what our tastebuds experienced! You'll have to visit Bee's Knees yourself and indulge!!

The atmosphere is very chill. They played jazzy, urban jams and the decor was rustic. It's very clean and professional. Very diverse in culture. Its nestled in the heart of downtown.

The prices were very reasonable. Some may say expensive but considering the freshness, I'd say it's cheap. My husband and I paid $38 for our food and cold brew coffees (locally brewed 2 hours northwest in Atlanta, GA). The meals came with complimentary buttermilk biscuits and fresh butter.

Parking was easy for our mid Sunday adventure. But I can see it being more difficult on Friday and Saturday evenings. They make their money in alcohol. So visiting on those days may require some walking!!

We vote this place as 4-5 stars!

Sincerely,

The Adventure Critters

Made a reservation for the week of the Masters for 9pm on Friday. When we sat down, first thing the waitress tells us is that they are busy and our food wouldnt be ready for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes. I spoke to the manager who says they were short on help and unprepared for the rush. Kudos for being honest but not for being prepared.

We absolutely were not short staffed and the manager most certainly never said such a thing. We are a tapas style restaurant that courses food out. As we have been catering to tourists who are not familiar with our particular restaurant we trained staff to tell guests it may take “UP TO” an hour from start to finishing all of your courses. I can only apologize if you misunderstood what the server was trying to explain. As far as the manager is concerned, she went out of her way to have you and your guest stay and enjoy dinner but you chose not to. You should be ashamed for slandering a small, family owned business who’s only intention is to represent Augusta and serve our beloved golf fans. Shame on you!

One of best steaks around.
Good quality at a reasonable price.

Staff were friendly and with live music outside there was a great buzz.
