This is my fourth visit to Hotel Indigo. Love this clean, eco-friendly and quiet oasis. Beautiful room, chic bar and convenient location. Pet friendly, too! Helpful, personable staff. Highly recommend.

I stayed at this hotel while attending an academic event at the University of Georgia School of Law. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, and the location was convenient to the event and to local restaurants and bars. I also enjoyed being served at the hotel bar and having a nice breakfast in the hotel's bar/cafe area. I would stay here again on a future visit.

This hotel, while still fairly new, has been around long enough to get the kinks out. Clean, trendy, managed by good people. If you're familiar with Athens then you already know about the Indigo. If not, give it a try. Football season is popular, so get your reservations early. Is this a "classic" hotel? No, but yes, in the modern sense. And it's about as close to downtown as you're going to get. Love the grass pavers, BTW. You're welcome, BR (and J).

Room tip: The view is not so important, because no doubt you'll be visiting Athens, not sitting in your room. But ask for a room facing downtown.

Definitely not a cookie-cutter hotel for road warriors. It's different - a one-of-a-kind place with an easy, cool vibe and people to match. Late afternoon live music and complimentary beer. Joy Joy. E-Z.

We have stayed here three times while our fur baby was being treated at the UGA Vet School. Five stars for the Vet School as well. The hotel waived the pet deposit if your pet is going to the Vet School. They have a great property with a nice restaurant and room
Service if you don’t want to leave your pet alone. Over three visits have tried breakfast, lunch and dinner and enjoyed all. Have stayed
on the penthouse level, in a suite and a regular room and all are great. Parking is controlled access and plentiful. Downtown Athens a short walk. The staff, the rooms, the restaurant all wonderful. And, the pet friendly part is fantastic. The Vet School is about 3 miles away depending on if you use the loop or not. This hotel and staff has made me look for Indigo Hotels when I travel. Great place and we will be back later this week for another visit to the Vet School.
