My wife and I stopped in Ivy's two week old restaurant on a whim and we were not disappointed. Ivy was a fantastic host and served us rum punch and horchata to drink. We ordered fried fish and stewed chicken with rice and beans. She even brought out an awesome soup of coconut milk and mashed plantains which may have been our favorite. Ivy is just starting out as her business is only two weeks old, but she takes great pride in her food and is offering food that is truly authentic Belizean cuisine and is trying to make everything the authentic way, hence the name of the restaurant. The food was delicious and the price was unbeatable. It was $19 BZE total, so if you want great food on a budget, or great food in general, definitely check this place out.
