A nice hotel but lacking in facilities such as a restaurant, swimming pool or bar. I didn't see a lift either so be prepared to carry luggage upstairs. It is on a corner location across from a small supermarket (sells alcohol, water, shampoo, food etc) and a block down is a great laundry on Av Langosta opposite the Atlantic Bank. The hotel has a spacious roof where you can bring your own drinks and admire the 360 degree view. It is a little sparsely furnished though. The hotel is located about 5 mins walk from the beach, ferry wharf and about 10-15 mins walk from The Split swimming hangout.
The room was quite comfortable with great air-con, TV, smallish renovated bathroom and big windows with blockout curtains. The shower was good but I didn't get a great deal of hot water at all. The room also had a fridge which was great for cooling drinks for the rooftop.
We arrived at the hotel prior to check in time so the hotel stored our luggage while we went for lunch.
There was a power outage across the whole island one evening which meant that there was no running water for a shower, or refilling the toilet tank. I rinsed salt off from swimming with bottled water. Luckily the power came on during dinner.
I would stay at this hotel again but if I was staying at a hotel for longer than a couple of days I would try to find one with more facilities.
