The restaurant is located outdoors on the top floor of a 4-story building with beautiful views of the lagoon to the west and the ocean reef to the east.
Be sure to arrive early enough that you can be settled at your table with drink in hand when the spectacular show at sunset begins.
We ordered the squash soup, which was excellent, and the conch chowder, which was only so-so. I thought the broth was a little bland and dominated by potatoes, and the conch was rubbery.
For the main course, I ordered some excellent barbecue ribs, and my girlfriend had the snapper Veracruz, which had a spicy and delicious sauce with peppers, vegetables and green olives.
Our waiter was friendly and attentive. But the star of the evening for me was the carrotcake with vanilla ice cream. Moist, with a hint of nutmeg and a tasty cream cheese frosting. Yum!
