There are many positive and well deserved praises already posted about Caye Casa- all of which are true. So I won't repeat. Up until five years ago I had my own home on Ambergris Caye for more than 16 years. I know what is required to maintain such a property as impeccable as this botique resort. I still return once a year to visit old friends and make new. I always admired Caye Casa from a distance given its authentic Belizean style and island atmosphere so I gave it a try. I was not disappointed. The property is managed by the owners themselves giving it a very personal and caring touch. The rooms are quaint, clean, air-conditioned, with kitchenettes and on the beach! If you’re looking for big, glass, cement and stainless steel then look elsewhere. If you are looking for a true Belizean experience, then this is the place!

Everything about this stay was off the charts! We stayed in the sea side haven. The room was clean and comfortable and the view was even better than the pictures. The location was perfect. The best part of the stay was the people. Jake took care of our every need. I highly recommend Caye Casa you will be glad you picked this place

We stayed in the 2-bed 2-bath unit with full kitchen and a large outdoor area. It was beautiful! The view was outstanding as we looked through palm trees out over the ocean. There was plenty of space for our 17 day stay.

Nile (aka "Jake from State Farm") was an excellent host. He saw to our every need, recommended cart and bike rental places, taxi rides, restaurants, realtors, grocery shops, and much more.

Caye Casa is located on the San Pedro beachfront in the Boca del Rio area. This is a beachfront area filled with hotels, bars, restaurants, and activities. The hotel is just south of the bridge and is an easy walk to many shops, restaurants, activities, and banks.

We found everyone in San Pedro and on Ambergris Caye to be friendly and helpful - and it seemed as though everyone knows "Jake".

We did several activities and being centrally located we were picked up and dropped off at the hotel - very handy. We visited during Covid restrictions and 8:00 pm curfew so we did a lot of shopping, cooking, and ordering food in to the hotel. The kitchen was very useable with full-size refrigerator and oven/cooktop.

I recommend Cay Casa with no reservations.
