The hotel common areas were nice and were clean. The room was spacious but not as clean as I would have liked. There was a hair on the toilet tank and another one in the shower. Either the cleaning staff did not do a good job or he/she lost a lot of hair while cleaning. I cleaned the tv remote with a Wet One and was amazed at how nasty it was. I notified the desk clerk who apologized. I asked if the cleaning staff was instructed to clean the tv remote and he responded that they were supposed to "wipe down" everything. But other than those few items, the hotel was suitable and just as expected. Unlike one other review, the shuttle to the airport was prompt.

Had a 2 night layover on our way to Montana. I chose Cambria H&S airport location because of the free airport shuttle service. Our driver Ron (Don?) was very pleasant and we enjoyed our conversation. The hotel is being renovated and work was being done in the lobby at 8:00 at night. Room was nice, no room service info in the room. Had to go down to lobby desk to order room service. French fries were as good as Ron recommended. Our ordered beverages were not delivered, we were not charged. Comfortable bed and great water pressure in shower. Would stay here again.

Hotel was perfect for our needs. The rooms were nice and comfortable with refrig and micro wave. The breakfast was good for the price. The hotel staff did an outstanding job in making our stay joyful. Will stay here on our next trip to this area.

Room Tip: Any room would be ideal.

We waited over an hour for the shuttle and even phoned 3 times and was told that the shuttle was on its way.....well it wasn't. We ended up paying $40 for a taxi as we were fed up with waiting after having had a 10 hour flight from London. Room was ok, but the air con was noisy. We were given complimentary breakfast to make up for the lack of shuttle, which was ok. I've stayed in better hotels.

Gosh, we apologize for the shuttle not being where it was supposed to be. They usually are very prompt. The London flights arrive mid afternoon usually, which is the one of the busiest times for our shuttle transfers. At least one of our three Mercedes Benz Sprinter vehicles should have been by within 30 minutes (at the most). We meet our guests on the third island labeled "Hotels" outside of door 512 on the west side of the Jeppesen terminal. Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel.

We stayed here overnight on our way to Nevada. Was very clean and decorated really well. There is renovation going on, which was inconvenient. My husband always checks the mattresses when we stay in a hotel, and they looked fairly new which was a bonus. The sink was severely cracked and had a cheap fix by placing caulk on it, and the light in the bathroom did not work. The throw pillows looked pretty worn and a little dirty. We did like the hotel, but had a few drawbacks.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes, our mattresses are new - every mattress was replaced earlier this year.
