This my second time in Aspen and I really love this place, unique Location, amazing view, delicious Food, the onion and Tomato soups are fantastic, the Kale & Quinoa Salad and the Colorado Striped Bass were magnificent for this time of the year

Where the beautiful people go to be and be seen. The ultimate high end apres-ski event at one of the most famous ski mountains on earth. Watch the skiers come home while sucking down champagne and truffle fries. Minimal service - a very European experience. For fat wallets only.

We enjoyed Ajax for both dinner and apres ski - both great experiences. wonderful heated outdoor space just off the slopes and full restaurant with great and varied dishes for dinner. we would return again for sure!

All of Aspen is trying to get in here for apres. They do text you when you’re table is ready, but other than location, which is ideal at base of gondola, we were underwhelmed.

Sorry can’t give this spot a very good but would give the meal we had a “good”. Not so the desert or the repeated bringing of the bill without asking or being asked.
We had the veal schnitzel and the kale and quinoa caesar style salad. Both meals were good, no complaints. We weren’t even finished our wine and the server brought the bill. That, for us, is unacceptable. So many places in Aspen do this. If you don’t order something else practically immediately after finishing your main course, or before, then the message is, pay up and get out. We went on to order two Irish coffees, also good, and shared the chocolate eclair which was enormous but alas average at best. Barely put our spoons down and still sipping our coffees and a different server brings the bill!! The place was half empty, the Après rush being over so we saw no need to rush. We went on to order two more Irish coffees and no surprise, the bill came long before we were finished or had even asked for it. This time we took the hint and honestly are unlikely to return in a hurry.
