Supposed to be one of the best hotels in the island. It was average. The room was not very big. The bathroom door squeaked every time it opened this waking anyone sleeping. Make sure run the coffee maker a few times to clean it out because it gets dirty.

Make sure to get a top floor and bring earplugs because when we stayed we heard someone walking in the upstairs room until late in the night and talking on the phone. Then that person snores all night and started walking loudly early in the morning. Needless to say the wallls are thin where you hear everything.

Nice central location, dated and basic room. Good breakfast.

Best place on the island to stay. Clean, professional, wonderful ammedies, great breakfast, wine and cheese in the afternoon and not cheap wines. Can’t say enough about the tropical paradise. You must see it to believe it. Directly across from the beach. The rooms are so quiet, must have extra padding because you don’t hear anything from outside once you are in your room.

Amazing hotel tucked into the boardwalk in downtown Avalon.
First at checkin Parker was polite, professional and caring. We were there at the end of the complimentary wine and cheese service. He offered to hold our bags so we could enjoy some wine and cheese. When we declined he asked if we would instead like a cheese plate and wine delivered to our room, we accepted that offer. He even sent a bottle of water for me since I don’t drink. Nice touch Parker!!
Our room was 112, 2nd floor no elevators. I did see they have an elevator for handicapped service though. Very nice room, clean, bright, smelled good, soft bed, good linens, nice pillows and invitingly decorated. Room was just right in size. Not too big and not too small. Ok maybe a little small. But I still loved it.
Bathroom amenities of hairdryer, fragrant soaps and lotions, fluffy towels. Bathroom and vanity area are small.
A tray of coffee maker, coffee, creamer and teas rounds out the room amenities.
Tv didn’t work the best.
Their complimentary Mediterranean breakfast is not to be missed. Your own Barrista make you your coffee, what? Thats a very nice touch.
The property is full of beautiful trees and plants. I felt like I was in a rain forest when walking around the hotel.
Can’t wait to return to be pampered by the staff and enjoy the beauty of this little gem.

The Pavilion is right on the beachfront walk, with big open views to Avalon Bay. You can walk to almost every restaurant and bar within minutes. There's a very lush open courtyard that has a Hawaiian island feel, with paths and lounges for hanging out, which meshes well with the complimentary wine pouring in the evenings and ample breakfast in the mornings. Nice touches include complimentary luggage transfer to and from the ferry terminal, and a barista in the morning who offers up complimentary premium coffee like Latte and Cappuccino. Staff was friendly and accommodating, with on-the-spot advice for things to do and the best shops to get forgotten items.
