My husband and I stayed here for three nights while visiting family. The first night/morning wasn't too good. We checked in and were given room 236. Upon entering, I found that the HVAC system didn't work, so I opened the windows and hoped for the best. The next morning, my husband found that the bathtub/shower tap didn't work. The crowning glory was when I picked up the phone to call the front desk, and *that* didn't work, either.
We went to the front desk, and were immediately reassigned to room 131. Much, much better! The room was clean and comfortable, and everything worked. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when I needed to find a place nearby to pick up some over-the-counter medicine or use an ATM. The breakfast room was well stocked, and their coffee was the best hotel coffee I've ever had.
Bottom line? I would stay here again if the need arose. I would just avoid room 236.More
