Most convenient Bus 9 to Disneyland. Lobby staff very knowledgeable and helpful along with the variety of useful things to buy in the gift shop. Loved Coco's and by seeing the hotel parking lot FULL every night, Stovall's is a must stay Anaheim hotel

I’m not even sure where to begin, but I will start by saying that this hotel had single handedly made a 3 week holiday an absolute horrific experience. We booked for 10 Nights and during our stay, housekeeping were found to be overly invasive. In one instance they had woken us up at 8:30am to attempt to do a room clean. They apologised and left. The second instance we had arrived home from Disneyland and came back to an unclean room at around 4:30pm, shrugged it off and thought that they may have missed our room accidentally. At 5:30pm, they entered the room without knocking, spoke to me in Spanish (I look a little ethnic and she would have assumed, which I find very rude) completely unaware I don’t understand, before saying “room clean?” I responded, “no it’s too late”. On our final night of our stay was when it happened. We arrived late at around 6:00pm after doing a Hollywood tour, dropped off a few things to our room and went to our neighbours room locking the door (we had booked with groups of 4 different parties, 4 rooms in a row, needless to say a lot of our money had gone into this hotel). At 6:45pm we returned to the room, the door was completely wide open and a bag full of personal belongings, credit cards, passports, drivers licenses, money & wallets missing. Panic let loose, we called the police immediately and asked the front desk if they could view the footage. Unapologetically, they offered no help and had no empathy, and were told that a “manager has the only access to the CCTV footage, but there isn’t one in tonight”. I have asked for a review of the CCTV but have not been contacted. There is also no safes in the room, but there is safes in behind the counter at front desk which is very inconvenient. The following day was spent travelling to Santa Monica to the New Zealand and Australian embassies organising emergency travel documents (My partner and I hold different passports).
We didn’t make our trip to New York as our holiday was cut off short without credit cards, money or any ID and had no choice but to head home.
We are absolutely disgusted by the lack of empathy from the staff and the way they handled it as well as the housekeeping being too disruptive.
I will continue to seek an apology from management and wouldn’t recommend another best western to anyone. 0/10 Best Western.

Upon arrival we were told our room would not be ready until after 4, we found out that the room we should have had would not be available due to maintenance. We were not greeted as nicely as I expected from this hotel, we called a month and a half in advance to get our rooms adjoining, we were told special request may not always be honored and the best they could do would be putting us side by side. We actually were able to get adjoining rooms. The room itself is nice, comes with two queen beds, a microwave and a mini fridge. The Disneyland park is only a few blocks away, maybe a 10 to 15 minute walk. The hotel does offer to pools, when heated and one not, as well as a hot tub. The breakfast is superb, there is a buffet-style each morning, it does get a little crowded. The wait staff in the breakfast room was great with my breastfeeding son, offered me the office around the corner to feed in private if needed. The only downside, I did see a stray cat roaming the parking lot, my husband did find a flea in our room on the bed. They do charge $10 a night for parking and offer shuttle service.

BW goes above and beyond to make your stay easy and comfortable at the Stovalls Inn location. Ease of access to Disneyland makes this spot a no-brainer when looking for reasonably priced hotels with quick access to Disneyland.

Booked for a double room 6 months ahead but was given an occupied room.
Was a huge dissapointment as we had just arrived from Vegas with superb service but a let down with a supposedly iconic American brand.
However saved by manager Michael who went out of his way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. After the initial lapse in service, overall still above average inn terms of service recovery and nice decent bedroom and bathroom.
Would consider if only for Michael's passion in what he does. Keep up the good work.
