First up, let me say, that the food here is very tasty.
There's a variety of dishes, and in particular, there's an extensive selection of burgers, fusing different cuisines in a very tasty way.
The price is good, and one of my teenage boys in particular, took a real liking to the food here - and despite having a huge appetite, he was always satisfied.
I do have a complaint though; the service is very average.
Perhaps it is highlighted by being so close to Disneyland, where the average customer service experience is so high.
But really, there's no excuse for making us wait for over 5 minutes, while the person behind the counter argued on the phone about some family matter, and then giving us the impression that we were very much an inconvenience.
For my son who likes this place: he didn't care. He was happy to his order, and play on his iPhone; oblivious to the service. For me, I can get a better experience elsewhere.
Why this gets an average rather than bad rating, is that the food is genuinely nice and satisfying, and we got into the habit of placing our order, leaving the restaurant to order from other restaurants (we were usually fulfilling multiple requests), and then sweeping back in to pick up the food.
