Very cozy, warm, comfortable atmosphere. Excellent food, be it a croissant, a sandwich a croque monsieur.
However, never in the world did we have to pay $4.45 for a tea. When I asked the employee, if I least we could get a teapot, the answer was only during the week-end!
We have traveled the world and never heard of $4.45 for a cup of tea, not even on the Champs Élysées or Picadelly.

Good quality fast food with EUROPEAN style salads, soups and baguettes. Quiches and so on. Nice desserts difficult to resist. Local buzz. Fast service. Terrace. Clean. Central location near world bank.

Found this place for breakfast and was really happy with the food and coffee deals offered. The food was good and coffee large. Can't beat $2.99 for coffee and a croissant. Worth a stop.

Our son goes to AU and every time we come to DC to visit him, we stop at Paul for breakfast. Both, the service and the food are great. It has become a family tradition

Grab pastry and coffee to go downstairs, or sit upstairs for table service. Everything here is fresh and good. The pain au chocolat is great. Wish they had more fruit and light offerings for days when you want less.
