A tremendous job fitting so much into such a restricted space. The photo journalism, Berlin Wall and 911 were the stand outs. Get there early as they close at 5pm.

“I am glad I didn't miss this gem!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 June 2012

I heard about this museum from the guide on the double decker bus. I am glad that I was listening. For a news junkie like me, this museum was fascinating! The display honoring Tim Russert was very touching. This Week is many times filmed here on Sundays. I was able to use my ticket to get in for two days. DC does have many nice museums and this is certainly one of them!

Check it out- extremely interesting. I recommend the 1 hour highlights tour as a way to get an overview.

“Must return”

I wish we had had more time to spend in this museum. Slotted for a follow up the next time we're in town.

“Enjoyed it, but ...”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 13 June 2012

I wouldn't say that this is a "got to see" museum. There are so many of those in DC, and while this was interesting, I don't think that it ranks up there among the top. And, while most museums in DC are free, this one is not.
