This accommodation is perfectly located for those who love to watch people walking up and down the waterfront. Our side room had a partial sea view that was just lovely. We were, however, rather disgusted at the state of the room #60. It was as if the previous guests had just moved out and all that was cleaned in the room were the sheets and towels. There was long black hair all over the bathroom floor and in one of the bedrooms. The dinning table was grubby, as were the placemats and one on the chairs had a decent layer of dust. Also, the shower is extremely unsafe. There is a large step up/down from the shower. It would be very easy to slip getting out of the shower. I doubt that this meets H&S regulations.

Great location, views, and good firm bed. The product or offering itself in the penthouse is fairly originally with very dated leather chairs and dated bathroom. Shower head very low, no holder for toiletries, soap dish broken and not fixed (honestly!), and the cheapest toileteries that could be found. Nearby pool offered but at a $10 price pp which I think is somewhat cheeky seeing a five star price of $369 for the night. Overall saved by the view. Penthouse needs refurbishment and some personal caring 5 star touches.

Service at the front counter was awesome and there is an ice cream parlour there too. The bed was super comfy. Great place to stay with a small family, I didn’t utilise all the space but loved it for the space.
