Always pay respect to graveyards and churches, don't make Riga an exeption

The building itself is very interesting to see outside from every angle. Inside just ask politely a woman at the door to let you go round. At the top of it (72 m) there are nice views. The Church has long and interesting history full of legends, old stories and magical events.

The building outside is stunning. It is worth going around as the building is interesting from every angle.
Unfortunately it is impossible to see anything inside. The church is open for viewing in theory but one can not go around to see it in detail but rather only see it from the back of it.

This is the center of the old town. You can see its Spire for miles. We used it as a guideline to where our hotel was.

We chose to go into the church. It was very big inside. You pay 3 lats and you are taken up the top in the lift. Its not very big at the top however has amazing views.

I must warn you thow, its very windy and cold up there so wrap up warm! The lift is veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyy slow aswel considering only 3 floors.

Paintings inside are very nice and statues are really pretty.

Would recommend if your in Riga
