The hotel is in an excellent position, on the edge of the old town. We were able to walk everywhere including shopping centres in the nrw town. The room was comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast catered for all tastes and we enjoyed the seating area at the front of the hotel for drinks and lunch. We would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Boutique hotel in older building that has been carefully modernised to provide excellent facilities. All staff were very friendly and capable.
Ideal position just inside the old town within walking distance of the key parts of the town but away from the standard cruise group routes. The centre around the Town Hall was busiest, but even with 4 ships in it was never unpleasantly crowded.
Overall an excellent hotel that I would happily visit again. Marked down 1 point on sleep quality only because of the unusually hot summer of 2018.

We got upgraded from Bern Tallin due double booking, so the check-in wasn’t as smooth as possible. But the reception personnel were helpful and we got our rooms after little fus.

All in all; the food was great, personnel were friendly, room and lounge were nice. We got a free upgrade. We all were very pleased with our stay.

Lovely hotel and staff. Excellent breakfast. However, I only stayed here one night to get a good night’s sleep for the start of my holiday, and unfortunately light came streaming in through the shutters and there was only a light see-through curtain infront of it. Woken at 5am (3am London time) with the sun on my face. Would expect a good night’s sleep at this price.

Dear JenLond0n,

Thank you for choosing Savoy Boutique Hotel for your stay in Tallinn and thank you for taking time to share your feedback with us. Each guest feedback is very important to us to find out shortages and areas for improvement.
I am sad to hear you had to disappoint in your stay regarding sleep quality. We definitely should look over our window shutters and make some arrangemets to protect sun ligt streaming in room.
Thank you JenLond0n, once more for your feedback.

We wish you a warm welcome in Tallinn again!

This is a nice, local hotel and unique in its kind. Service is personal, friendly and efficient - the first answer is alway how to figure out to make it work and not 'No sir'. The suite was nicely decorated (classic) with a super comfy bed, a sofa, some chairs and a big bubble bath. Soft drinks were complimentary in the room. The location is perfect - you can reach the entire old town within 5 minutes so if you forget something in the hotel, just walk back. There is a small elevator. I was positively surprise by the quality and value of my stay. The staff made the difference and I am going here again for sure.

Room tip: go for the suite with the bubble bath!
