We made a small trip to Tallinn with my wife to celebrate her upcoming 60 years birthday in advance. The hotel was booked just by accident via the shipping owners Eckerö line. I of course made a small beforehand check where we are staying, and I thought this hotel Savoy Boutique looked quite nice. The location seemed also to be exactly where I wanted to stay during our visit.
We arrived quite early before noon, and I was sure we would have to wait until 15:00 before getting the room. The nice and polite clerk surprised me by telling that the room is already fixed up for us. Finally, in the room, on the fifth floor and what a lovely room we got. My dreams come true, this is exactly my style. A small French balcony and old-style furniture, walls roughly painted on the bare stone. Even the bathroom with its nice wash-basin was so purpose built with the small shower close into it…perfect!
The breakfast is one of the best in a long time I’ve seen abroad. You can even celebrate the new day with a glass of Champagne. The restaurant is small and that’s why it felt even more cosy. All together a very nice stay and even the check out with beautiful American English-speaking polity clerk gave an unforgettable good feeling of the whole stay. I warmly recommend this hotel!More
