We stayed in the 4-star section of the hotel with my friend, so this review is about that part.
First of all, the room we had was huge, and it also had a balcony, which must be great during the summer.
All the receptionists and the staff in the restaurant during breakfast were very kind and helpful.
However, as for the cleaning staff, I couldn't say that they were on top of their jobs. Our room wasn't the cleanest I've ever seen, and we had to separately ask either the cleaning staff or the receptionist to provide more shower gel and toilet paper - apparently, the cleaning staff didn't notice when things were running out from our room. Yes, it's a minor thing, but honestly, I don't really feel like dealing with details of housekeeping when I'm on vacation - I can deal with housekeeping at home.
As for food, we only had our breakfasts in the hotel. The food was good, although my friend - who follows a special diet - would have preferred if the items on the breakfast buffet were labelled (if not with allergen info then at least with names). Also, when things were running out from the breakfast buffet, they weren't always replaced, or at least not in a timely manner.
I can't really write about the wellness section of the hotel - every time we peeked down into the pool area, there was a baby swimming session going on, so we didn't feel like going down into the middle of that. (I'm not even sure if that would have been allowed. We noticed a timetable at the reception, advertising the hours of baby swimming, but I don't know if the pool area was accessible for "regular" users during those time. Anyway, I didn't ask. And in the end, I was fine without doing the wellness bits.)
All in all, it's an average hotel with a much better than average staff (except for cleaning), it's nice for a few days but I wouldn't go out of my way to deliberately come back.
