We spent three nights in the hotel, which is on the edge of the Central area of the city (the only slight disadvantage). The room are spacious and are very well equipped. We skipped the hotel breakfast opting instead to purchase fruit and pastries from one of the local stores. The nearby bistro Kanaan is a must for dinner or just drinks. Staff get tops marks for their help and friendliness. We enjoyed our stay.

A one night stay before embarking on a river cruise. The hotel's facilities were way ahead of our expectations, particularly the pool. Found the staff to be most accommodating. Missed out on five stars only because it was a little too far from the 'action' and we should have booked accommodation closer to the river boat mooring station. Found the wi-fi to be slow.

Stayed just one night but found the staff to be friendly and attentive and the facilities were very much up to expectations.
Room was spacious and inviting.
Pool was more than I expected but only opening at 7am was late for someone who likes to get up early.

Spent a week in a large 2 bedroom apartment. The place is up-to-date, well maintained and the apartment had 2 bathrooms, washing maching, dish washer, tumble dryer and a decent kitchen.
The staff was very helpfull and spoke fine English.
The pool was appr. 20 m long, there was a small jacuzzi, training centre, sauna and steam bath as well. The pool area was not super children friendly but usable for our kids (10, 7 and 6 years old).
The location is 3 out 5, walking distance (about 700m) from metro, department stores and outskirts of "downtown"
Only drawback of the hotel is the mediocre breakfast, it is ok, but nothing spectacular. The room service is delivered from the nearby local bistro Kanaan, highly recommende.

This is a perfect apartment hotel for families. We stayed in apartment # 41, which overlooked the ourtyard and was very quiet. The furniture was kid-safe and was everythig that the hotel website promised. The kitchennette was fully functional and we used it to prepare breakfast as well as some food for our 1 year old. The Aldi supermarket is just a block away and has almost everything you may need as a traveller (including baby diapers and formula milk). The Westend Mall is less than 1 km away and has all kind of eating and shopping options. The tourist attracions are also not far away. 10-15 taxi ride took us to all the tourist spots - I believe there are also public transport options (which we did not end up taking).

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

The only issue we had durig our trip was when we rented a car for a day based on hotel recommendation. The car rental company Avalon was not known to us and we booked only because hotel recommended it and they were able to drop the car to hotel. However, the child seats in the car were not fixed and there was no instructions on how to fix them. The hotel staff tried their best t help us but car rental was company was not very helpful. Basically, I would advise not to rent car from Avalon.

Otherwise, our stay was very comfortable.

Room Tip: Look for rooms facing courtyard - they would be quieter (though this was not a noisy location anyways)!
