Handy hotel for visit on foot. We stayed 2 nights with Trafalgar group. No coffee maker in room. Good wifi. Plenty of hot water. You have to climb into tub to shower. We were on the street side but traffic was not noisy. Decent breakfast. We had one dinner included and the buffet was okay.

The best thing about the hotel are its view of the lake from the rooms, along with the Castle and island with the church. While the room is spacious, the bed & pillows are not the best, not the bathroom facilities that are old and needing refurbishment.

The staff are efficient, but very friendly. The food in the restaurant is only ok. I understand that it is owned by the state which would explain it's shortcomings.

We have waterside views of the lake and castle which are spectacular! The scenery does not get any better. The staff has been very helpful when we interacted. The rooms are well appointed and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets which had many choices. I encourage you to eat at the restaurant. The only downside of this hotel are the bar noise. I woke up from it to write the review.

Hi we arrived in lake bled to stay at the sister hotel Savica however after a rather rude reception we walked down to Hotel Park which is pretty much on the lake, Damir was very helpful & professional although the hotel was very busy he managed to find us a suite ideal for a family of four basically two rooms queen size bed in each room with a connecting door , tv in each room ,drinks fridge mini bar, large balcony we were in 433 which faces the road , but for a family pretty comfortable, beds very comfortable we all slept well, however I would definitely recommend to maybe forgo the larger room for 431 junior suite all that is different is you get a sofa bed rather than two queen beds but the view of the lake & mountains is fantastic from this room & must be pretty much the same as other lake view rooms , the hotel is a little dated but clean has a swimming pool good size & jacuzzi on the top floor with again fantastic views to lake & mountains , has a separate cafe area outside terrace for a dink or snack perfect, however as a guest you get a pass to the spa at the sister hotel Rickili a few min walk up apologies for spelling of it but you will find it easy this is fantastic for the children mine aged 9-7 loved it a number of pools ,one for toddlers really good ,slide, cave type pool , outside swim heated local ducks loved it poor guard shooing them off ,sun beds plenty even on the easter weekend was packed we still found beds fine ,staff helpful changing area good , lockers easy to use , we went half board ,the breakfast is good but the evening buffet was not up to scratch ,on our last evening meal was ok but I found it a struggle most evenings , plenty of fresh vegs, salad limited just for me not up to the standard of other 4 star hotels we have stayed in ,eating times 7 to10 prompt for breakfast even at weekends where I think 11am would be better, dinner 7 to 9 prompt again 6 -9pm or 7-10pm ,there are plenty of restaurants in the area esp the hotels restaurant cafe just across the road right on the lake serves al a carte menu good choice & quality allow around 55 to 70 euro is for a good lunch or dinner depending o drinks etc wine around 20 fish euro a bottle or 3 ish for a beer , the famous cream cake here is esp good does get very busy but service we found very good esp Natasha who looked after us very well, you can book to your room or pay visa etc, the lake & castle & general area is simply stunning the 6k walk around the lake a pleasure various cafe restaurants as you go round , boats available to hire or take the gondola style boat across to the island around 30 euro return , island beautiful little church museum cafe ,restaurant restored clock tower interesting , you can hire bicycles 20 euro for a couple of hours for four the hotel can organise easy enough , day trips etc a perfect place for walking various treks again just ask, is easy to get to bled from Ljubljana get the intercity train blue in colour around 45 to 50 min tops 20 euro for family ticket taxi will charge 60 to 70 always fix a price if by taxi everyone spoke English friendly helpful.
will definitely be back very special thanks to Damir & Natasha who made our holiday many thanks william & family Iom

Comfortable rooms were clean and adequate in size. We had a view of the lake which was a real bonus. Bathroom good though default position of the bath tap sent the water into the shower so if you weren't quick enough when turning the bath on you had an unexpected wet head. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice though no almond milk. Soy, rice and low fat cows milk were available. Staff friendly and helpful. Positioned on the lake it is handy for all activities offered in this area with plenty of restaurants and cafes close by.
