Park is fantastic on its own, spacious and green with nice hills and meadows. What you can't miss though is the museum - even if you're not fan of army at all - you need to go there. You simply don't get an opportunity to touch a tank or a jet fighter every day, it's truly an amazing place.

I plan on going back when this is open, but it looks really awesome from what you could see through the fence. There are 4 tanks outside that can be viewed even with the site it closed.

Sight of fort winary , which was largely destroyed in the battle of Poznan in 1945, between the retreating Germans and the Red Army . Wonderful museum of tanks and other artillery, from the last 75 years. You can go and have a look at the few remaining bits of the fort, riddled with machine gun bullets. Now a large and wonderful park. Have a look at the original cemetery as you climb the steps to the monument itself . Containing the dead heroes of the 1918/19 battle for independence, also interesting world war 2 graves , including a section from the British Royal Airforce and other allied graves . A memorial but a great place , must not be missed

A really large park with lots of interesting statues. The park is great for riding a bike around. Really lovely area but is 89 hectares.

This is a park that we really needed more time to explore. Based in the old Citadel, there are plenty of military features, and at least two museums. You can dalaï find plenty of cemeteries, war memorials, green spaces and sculptures.

In our opinion, this is a place you could easily spend half a day plus exploring. And why not try the restaurant in the centre.
