“Good price for good quality”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 26 December 2010

I really like architecture of this hotel. All public spaces are very interesting, tasteful, and on high level. The rooms are nice and very large. In my opinion a bigest good point of hotel are sport and recreational facilities. Breakfast was good. The hotel isn't in the city center, but between the Trade Center and airport. Prices are acceptable.

This place so far exceeded my expectations I can't begin to write about it.
It was huge, new, modern, and very comfortable. For the money this is got to be one of the best choice in Poznan. I will definately return here.

Located a bit north of the Expo area, this hotel is a real jewel. It's was so beautiful in the snowy winter. The rooms are actually big beautifully designed suites with a sitting area, kitchen and a very modern bathroom. Free internet. You get breakfast served in your room (choosing from Italian, Polish and Continental). There is a free access to the Spa, with swimming pool, gym, saunas etc. It is on the top of the main building, has a glass roof and it is just beautiful in the winter. The building next to the hotel is a small shopping center. I can recomment two places for dinner:

1) The lovely winery that serves excellent food and offers a wide selection of exclusive wines from all over the world. It also is a wine shop, so you can buy a box of wines.
2) Right next to it there is a sushi place where the chef gets really creative.

Taxi in Poznan is cheap, so there is no problem getting to the city center.

Just returned from a long weekend in Poznan and stayed at the City Park Residence. This beautiful new hotel is a lovely place to stay, had heard bad reviews about breakfast but were pleasantly surprised by smiling staff offering an array of tasty breakfast delicacies. Leisure suite is superb and the immaculate minisuite well worth the five star rating. A word of warning though this hotel is a little far out from the centre but the addition of a couple of restaurants and cafes to the attached mall help, good news is that there is a reliable taxi rank just down the road and a trip into town costs only 15-20 zloty (£4-5). If you use the hotel shuttle bus ensure you get a price in advance to avoid overcharging.,

We stayed here for a long weekend whilst watching the World Rowing Championships. Arriving in the early hours of the morning it did take three goes before we found a reception desk with a person behind it but thereafter check in was very pleasant and efficient. I would like to return here one day once there is a functioning restaraunt and all the facilities are fully finished, it does have an aura of being a work in progress. Went to use the pool but was told 'It shut' with no further explanation but this was probably because I couldn't speak any Polish ! All in all it was exceptional value for money. The curtain situation is ridiculous as you will gather from ealier reviews but if you can sleep in full sunlight this shouldn't be a problem !!!
