“Great location, price and amenities”

What the other reviews said - a great B&B located in a really buzzing area of Krakow. The 2-bedroom apartment we stayed in was clean, spacious and well-equipped. Families with small children - note that there is no lift but prams can be left downstairs at reception.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and happy to assist with booking tours. Breakfast is OK - no hot food but plenty of breads, cheeses, cereals etc. Plenty to fill up on.

We would certainly stay here again.

Situated near the Jewish district of Krakow this B & B is close to all attractions and amidst vibrant nightlife of the area. Includes free breakfast and wi-fi. Metered parking available on street.
Good accommodation and amenities for price.

We loved this place to stay. What I hadn't realized based on the other reviews was how great the location was. The square is actually famous in the Jewish quarter, which is now a happening hangout for younger folks. The thick walls of the hotel make noise not a huge problem, and it was great to be in a place with tons of great restaurants, outdoor beer gardens, etc., and be in walking distance from the main tourist zone. I loved Krakow, and I think most of the reason is because of the location of this hotel. Check out Miodowe Smaki for food while you're there!

In many ways I loved this B&B. The rooms are bight, cheerful, comfortable and clean, and excellent value. Lots of local character throughout the building. Bathrooms seemed new and mine was spotless...but had scratchy thin towels. Breakfast, taken in the bar next door, is the standard continental fare but does the job. There's no fresh fruit but a market is right outside. Friendly staff go out of their way to offer helpful service both regarding the hotel and in helping you discover the city. Nothing was too much trouble and someone is on hand 24/7. You can walk all over Krakow from here. The neighbourhood is full of so many quirky bars and restaurants you will want to prolong your stay to try them all! It's definitely a more local area than the Old Town, which we loved because after a day of being surrounded by tourists, we could come 'home' to 'our' neighbourhood.

Unfortunately my room overlooked the main square which was noisy and busy until the early hours...and then the market stalls started opening about 5am. Even with earplugs, the noise was enough to keep me awake. Additionally the curtains on the windows are very thin so the light comes in in the morning (Blackout curtains would go a long way to help this). After three nights there I was exhausted. For this reason ONLY I would think twice before staying again. If you're a heavy sleeper or plan to stay out all night, I think you can't go wrong here!

I found this B&B by chance whilst looking around the Jewish Quarter in Krakow. It's above a gallery that sells various craft work. I have stayed here quite a few times and would really recommend it as a great base for any short break. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are helpful. Breakfast is taken in the bar next door and is a standard continental but sufficient. The Jewish Quarter is a great base to stay. Lots of bars around the square and there are little outlets selling pizza like breads until the early hours if you are hungry. The main town square is only a 10-15 minute walk away. As it gets busy it really is lovely to get back to the Quarter and have a drink in one of the little bars. Each one has its own individual character. There are many historical things to see around the area to keep you busy, As it is a small Square there is a bit of noise from the bars but we didn't find it too bad and didn't stop us from nodding off! Any sleep problems are helped with a vodka or two from one of the local bars !
