The location was fantastic. Two stumbles away from the square.
Key access was easy also out of office hours.
The room was very large with a high ceiling and a balcony.
Large and spotless fresh bathroom.
We could store our luggage until departure.
Breakfast was simple but good, and a very nice hostess.
We noted that it is not an apartment, it is a hotel room.We stayed in room 22.
Be aware that there is no air conditioning. That can be a big issue for some in the summer. It was between 27 and 32 degrees outside constantly, only dropping to 24-25 in the early morning hours, and it became incredibly hot inside as a result, even with the blinds closed. Opening the balcony door did not help, and the fan barely made a dent in the temperature. However there is heating you can turn on when the temperature drops.
There is no safe.
The bed is very soft. Some people like that, but with two larger people in it, it turns into a boat. The room would benefit from a proper new box spring with 2 separate medium hardness mattresses, so you don't get tossed around when your partner turns.
The floor is a beautiful old wooden floor, but as a result of being old it is very creaky.
Not enough drawer space for 2 people to properly put away clothes. I don't count my night stand and the desk drawers as a place to store jumpers and jeans. The closet could use some more hangers.
The bathroom (which was lovely) would benefit from some more shelf space to put away your toilet bags, electric razors etc.Perhaps one of those movable trolleys?
The toiletries offered on arrival consisted of an open bottle of budget shampoo standing in the shower. if you are going to offer toiletries, do it proper, or not at all. To keep it simple, put in some dispensers for shampoo conditioner and shower gel, that you can top up.
There was no iron.
The TV set is very old, we re talking before the flat screen era, you can see that in the pictures uploaded by other people. But that's ok, we didn't watch any TV anyway.
We noted that the cellphone signal is not very good inside the building.
Over all we had a good stay and we had a great time in the city. However we will opt for a place with more extended amenities next time.

This is very convenient, only 80 meters off the main square. All units are at least 2 flights of stairs up.There is no elevator. The breakfasts are quite good and varied.
They are served by an enthusiastic lady.

Room Tip: note that the rooms are 2 and 3 flights up. Maybe 2 flights up is better.

Very spacious rooms with high ceilings. Comfy bed and spotless bathroom. Cute balcony which is great to have a coffee on in the morning. Literally 30 seconds to the main square, although very quiet considering. Great restaurants nearby, maybe 15 minute walk to the castle. Breakfast was good, the usual tea and coffee, yughurts, bread, meat and cheese also some cucumber and tomato. Freshly boiled egg to your liking and the lady who serves it is very polite and kind! She cannot do enough for people. Very secure, you have a locked main door (be prepared to force your way in it is very stiff and heavy!) then another locked door to your floor and finally the door to your apartment.

Our group stayed at NHA w week ago and we had an amazing time. Beds were comfortable, it was clean and fresh and most importantly in the heart of the city. I was born in Poland and came back for a visit. My friends joined me here from Canada. Aside from apartments being a little hot due to high temperatures we had no complaints. Staff, especially Pani Ala were amazing!!!! They ensured we always had water and fresh towels and that the rooms were clean. They also provided amazing breakfast every morning. We would definitely go back and recommend it to friends!!!!!!!!

Room Tip: If travelling in the summer ensure there are working fans in the rooms.
