We stayed in Etna over Christmas with my family. Very nice hotel, great value for price, polite staff and good food. The rooms are very spacious - we had an amazing view on the marina. The location is also very good - 3 minute walk to the main beach and the lighthouse. We will definitely come back in the summer.
This hotel has seen better days. It was obviously a nice place, when it opened, but it has gone to seed. The reception staff were quite surly, and not very helpful, even when the desk was not busy. The rooms were disappointing, and the shower head was stuck in the lowest position, which made showering a challenge. The "wet room-style"bathroom was u heated, and the door stayed slippery for ages after a shower, even after squeegeeing with the squeegee provided. Polish hotels are usually much better quality than this, especially at the price.
We stayed here only 1 night, but I must say it was cosily, clean, easy to find. Room was big, even larger than expected. Bathroom nice, clean and well equipped. We loved everything. Good value for money! I recommend this place.
