This is museum worth a visit if you are interested in second world war. The exhibitions is large and many and i recommend least a half day to get trough all. The museum is large and spaceous so larger groups can visit without problems.

The building is amazing first off. It is a glass building but you go underground like a bunker to the exhibition. It is very well laid out and very interesting. The cost is minimal but you pay a little extra for the audio guide. This is my only gripe , not because I paid extra but because there was so much background noise that it was very hard to hear the audio guide. This was because not everybody used the audio which really should be included. There were some very interesting films etc but it would have been better to just be able to watch those but hear them through the audio instead of having them on in the background.

I’ve been travelling around Europe for quite a few months now and found this museum to be one of the most informative on the subject. There was a large focus on the buildup and how the war started and also on post war rebuilding. Some very good audio visual exhibits and some very interesting artefacts also. Overall a very worthwhile visit.

Amazing museum with so much information. Thoroughly recommend to anyone visiting Gdansk. I recommend you spend at least 2-3 hours here as there is so much to see and interact with. Only problem is there is limited seating in the museum, so wear comfy shoes as you are always on your feet.

Wow! It's huge! I didn't expect that. 5 hours of walking and still I need more. One visit it's not enough - if You want to know some issues with details, You should come back. It's very spectacular Museum - this archtecture, this atmosphere... I recommend this exhibition for everyone in a whole World - for teenagers especially - You should visit this place and feel it!
