Breakfast is great at the hotel, the restaurant is spacious and the selection of food is great. There is a cornet with Polish products, and a chef were you can order pancakes. Rooms are a little small but modern. Staff are very pleasant and eager to solve any problem that you may have.

Stayed here because of reviews, but we were disappointed. Extremely small rooms too much furniture crowded so you needed a traffic light for two people to move around. Plus it is a very dreary decor (dark) and beginning to show wear on lobby furniture. Tour buses stay here so need I say more.

Clean sheets, wonderful service, fabulous breakfast, has all the perks of a 5 star minus the concierge. Staff responsive and courteous. Very close to old town and Solidarity Museum. Recommend, you can’t go wrong.

The hotel is a 10 min walk from the train station, and the check in was very good and I also received a room upgrade. The room was fantastic. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the shower was hot and spacious, a deep bath was also in the bathroom. The breakfasts were very continental and they had a very good selection of foods, both hot and cold. The meals I had in the bar area were very good and the staff very friendly and helpful with information about Gdansk. Pavel & Liza were very engaging as were 2 other ladies, whose names I did not get. The bar area is well situated, with plenty of natural light and an outside area also. I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, plenty of room in the lobby/bar areas. Very open but with places you could 'hide' if needed. An extremely pleasant, central space to stay with very good staff. I also left a pair of trousers there and they are kindly forwarding them on.

Indifferent staff less than quick to respond to a sex toy which was attached to a window within our room.

Not sure how housekeeping missed this but we will not be back.

Don’t stay here unless you like sloppy seconds.
