We stayed in a Privilege Room (simply because there were no standard double rooms left when we booked). We were on the 14th floor and had really impressive views out over the stunning old town of Gdansk.
The room was very well designed and the layout met all our needs. The bed was very comfortable. Our room had a Nespresso machine as well as a kettle. They weren't overly generous with the Nespresso pods (the ration was 3 pods per day - or 1½ cups of coffee per person) and there was no milk.
We were not disturbed by any irritating noises (or fellow guests) during our stay.
There are a wide bank of lifts so we never had to wait very long for a lift to get to and from our room.
Breakfast (an extra which is not included n the room rate) is served on the ground floor. There was a good selection of items to pick from with some of them varying from day to day.
The reception staff were great whenever we needed them, always helpful and friendly with excellent English (and other languages).More
