I can say that it is located at the centre of everything you need or everyplace you want to see. Although it is very central if you ask for a room not viewing the square you won’t be disturbed by the noise.
It is clean and housekeeping is regular.
Continental breakfast is very satisfactory and delicious.
Staff is very friendly.
Air-conditioning is working properly for cooling but there is a smell in the room. I m not sure but it is coming from the conditioning .
The most annoying thing about the hotel is; there is a problem at the reception. While we were having rest in the room, the door of the room was opened, i shouted and it was closed. I walked through the door and opened, saw the guy reception accompanying two guests. I explained that the room is occupied and the guy said that he was sorry. I was really confused and worried about the situation; if the receptionist guy was at my door who was waiting at the reception? How could not they see the room was occupied? And many questions? I informed the lady in the morning, she could not find any reasonable explanation. I think they have a problem since i saw that the guy was also so surprised and seems that he did not have a bad intention.

I booked this hotel because of the location and I was not disappointed. It’s next to the metro station, restaurants and shopping
Located in a pedestrian zone but only 50 meters walking distance from the street where the taxi dropped us off.
Nice, newly renovated rooms with great cleaning service
Friendly staff, good breakfast
The breakfast restaurant is in a deep medieval basement. Cozy but consider this if you don’t like stairs
Only thing I missed: a beer garden inside the hotel, but you can’t get everything

The restaurant belonging to this hotel (see photo of bill with the hotel name on it) scammed us. They told is the dry bad pretzels placed on every table was €2 each (!!) when they are usually free. They also did not put this on the bill, just noted it down on the side like they forgot to put it on there. The wine is expensive and bad. They expect american style tips to be added, suggested amounts on the bill. Very adamant about pointing this out. Needs to clean up their act.

The hotel does not seem to have any kind of organization. We have asked in our booking for a Wheelchair Accessible room but the room the hotel has is only a barrier free room which was just a step - free room with big size. There was not any kind of the amenities that a Wheelchair user needs in the bathroom. A tall bathtub and a shower with a step and a cabin. Not any kind of seat, not any kind of a handle. Taking a bath was out of the question for a Wheelchair user.

The breakfast lounge is down in the basement with no elevator as it is an old and historic building (we can understand that). No one said this to us when we made the reservation. So the lounge is not accessible to a Wheelchair user and needs to be helped in order to have breakfast. The breakfast was just a basic type breakfast.

Next to the entrance of the hotel is the café of the hotel. The entrance of the hotel is always blocked by chairs and tables from this café so in order for a wheelchair user to go in and out of the hotel, people in the café need to stand and make space. This makes you really uncomfortable.

The thick curtains in the room was really really small so from 4 in the morning the room was in complete light making sleeping really difficult.

Confusion in the reception. Everyone looked inexperienced. Only the cleaning lady was really professional.

The only good thing is the really good location in the center and just next to the metro and the historical sights.
