The Spa was gorgeous and the staff was very friendly. They were able to accommodate us even after having to switch times several times. The therapists were great and the prices were definitely worth the service.

I would definitely come back and buy a day package since our 90 minute massage was so enjoyable.

Lovely hotel with 24/7 security courtesy of local police due to being surrounded by foreign embassies and next door to the American embassy. Very comfortable beds, great breakfast with complimentary cheese and wine daily between 5&6pm.
Only downside is spa is a bit small with no steam room facilities for the ladies, but overall a great place to stay under five minute walk to the Charles bridge

Room tip: 106 we stayed in has its own private (small) courtyard.

This hotel was amazing as our base for 4 nights in Prague. From arrival we were welcomed and given a lovely welcome drink of Czech Prosecco. The decor of this hotel is very regal. Our rooms were deluxe and extremely opulent. A kettle, tea, coffee were all complimentary. There was a nightly turn down service, with pralines on the pillow, a nice touch. Excellent housekeeping, very clean and plenty of lovely soft white towels. The Aquarius Restaurant was beautiful and had an excellent dinner menu. Food was very good, with matching presentation and service. Breakfast was plentiful, with cooked food available from a menu. A beautiful coffee shop was within the hotel, that served an array of coffees, teas and delicious cakes. The hotel was situated in the Lesser Prague area, with lots of good restaurants nearby. Walking distance to Charles Bridge was about 5 minutes and the American Embassy next door gave a safe feel to the area, as each car that entered the street be it private or taxi was searched routinely. What made this hotel was the staff who were outstanding and would go the extra mile to please. Would definitely return if visiting Prague in the future.

My daughter and I stayed here for a few days and found the hotel stunning, the staff delightful and the breakfast was excellent. So unusual to have great bacon when abroad and good breakfast tea but this delivered on every count. We stayed in a Royal suite which was spacious and very comfortable. Lovely bathroom, extremely comfortable bed with gorgeous pillows and duvet. Plenty of sockets, a kettle, dressing gowns and slippers. Have stayed at The Boscolo and the Art Deco Imperial before and they were good but this hotel far surpassed them. The area is ideal as it's next to the American Embassy so very safe and quiet, off the tourist track but so convenient as only 5 minutes from the Charles Bridge and 10 minutes from the Castle. Plenty of local restaurants, very good food for extremely reasonable prices. Little supermarkets a couple of minutes away. All in all, perfect and I hope to return. I would recommend this OTT beautiful hotel to family, friends and anyone looking for somewhere special. We didn't visit the Spa although we had planned to, due to lack of time as there is so much to see in this magical city. A big thank you to all the lovely staff.
